A new Happiness Pony is out for the new year, with information on rabbits, monkeys, coyotes, and ice sledges.

A new month, a new Happiness Pony. Theseus, civil disobedience, a green raccoon, and an unknown destination.

Readers of the latest Happiness Pony will recall Bruce Russell’s statement that “There’s more vegan in an empty skull than a heart can pump blood through 2,000 organs.”

Obviously, there are some grammatical problems with that sentence. But what are they, and why does that sentence tease the mind the way it does? Readers RR and SE are determined to get to the bottom of this, and have begun analyzing this and related sentences. Their initial work is pictured below.

“There’s more birds on it than a person can sell through Etsy.”

“There’s more rainbow in yoga than a woodchuck can chuck wood through a wood splitter.” SE says: “The word can changes meaning mid-sentence.” Me: “That’s why it’s so uncanny!” SE: “Oh, please.”
