NO ARTICLES ABOUT THE SEA   Seventy-five percent of the surface of the earth is covered in water, but all except a foolish few of its people live on land. So why are so many web sites devoted to the sea? Even the two most popular tools for browsing the web are rife with nautical imagery--the whole look of Netscape Navigator is built around ships and navigation; Microsoft Internet Explorer goes so far as to blot out the globe out with a blue e, in imitation of the deluge, every time it loads a page. LANDLUBBER's answer is simple: we will never publish an article about the sea.
